Pumpkin Hummus

Try something a little different. Delicious, tasty, and quick to make.

 1 can chickpeas, drained
 1 cup roasted pumpkin or butternut squash
 1 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 2 tablespoons tahini
 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 3 cloves garlic

Place all ingredients in a bowl and hand blend until smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water if the hummus is too thick, and adjust seasonings to your preference.

Pour into a bowl and garnish with seeds and smoked paprika.

Note: makes a large amount. Freezes well.
