Hummus (Regular)

This is a super quick and easy recipe. I really like it as the added mint makes it really flavoursome.

 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
 60 mls tahini (sesame seed paste)
 75 mls plain skimmed milk yoghurt
 3 - 4 mint leaves
 juice of one lemon
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor for about 2 minutes. Taste, and if necessary, add extra yoghurt and lemon juice. If the mixture is very thick, water can be added.

To Serve

Serve and eat with an assortment of crudites.
