Dark Chocolate and Walnut Cookies

These gluten-free cookies are a tasty treat made with the healthiest ingredients. A 'hit' in our house! (use Vegan chocolate to make them Vegan friendly)
Preheat the oven to 180 C
In a bowl, mix together the milled flax seeds and water, then set aside
In a separate bowl, combine the coconut sugar and coconut oil. Add in the flax seed mixture and stir
Add in the almond flour and fold to combine
Sprinkle in the salt, cinnamon, chocolate chips and walnuts
Roll the cookie dough into 15 equal balls and flatten with your palm (it helps to wet your hands slightly
Cook in the oven for around 10 - 15 minutes
Leave to cool and enjoy
