Chocolate Overnight Oats

This chocolate overnight oats recipe is a healthy, quick and easy, make-ahead breakfast. It only takes 5 minutes and 6 ingredients to mix up these chocolate oats, which are a gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan-friendly meal prep breakfast!

 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (amount can be adjusted to taste)
 1 tbsp cocoa powder
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 3/4 cup rolled oats
 Pinch of salt

In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.

Add oats and stir to combine.

Pour mixture into two ramekins, or glass jars and cover. Secure the lids.

Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next day for breakfast topped with your favourite toppings.
