Chocolate Brownies
These chocolate brownies are easy to make in 30 minutes with 9 healthy ingredients, including black beans. They are absolutely delicious especially if you love chocolate.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Combine the black beans, cocoa, espresso powder and eggs in a food processor for about 2 minutes.
Add the yoghurt, coconut oil, vanilla and maple syrup and combine for about another 1 minute.
Line a rectangular, or square-shaped dish with baking paper and pour in the mixture.
Sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
Bake for 28 - 30 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve warm or allow to cool.
Store these black bean brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
